Fundraising Wear a Hat or Wig day!

Here are a few of our best wigs and hats from todays fundraising for Rainbows Hospice and Derby Kids Camp. We had a fantastic turn out today with a multitude of brightly coloured wigs, viking hats, hats with beards attached and also Slash from Guns and Roses made an appearance.

Managed to get most of our team together today for a group photo in their Roaring Dragons kit! We have been training hard for the last few months with the Nottingham Anacondas which will hopefully pay off on Sundays competition! Come on Roaring Dragons!

Fundraising 28th of July to 1st of August

Next week we will be holding a week of different fundraising activities within the company to help our Roaring Dragons raise as much money as possible for Derby Kids Camp and Rainbows Hospice.

We will be having various different activities that everyone can join in with. including an outrageous tie day, a cake stall, a crazy hat or wig day, a skills auction and a fancy dress day!

New Recruits!

The Roaring Dragons have two new recruits this week! Travis Rubesinghe and Alex Griffiths from our Design department. Our team are currently in the middle of organizing a week of fundraising within the offices just before the event and are already getting donations made to our Just Giving page. Pictures from our week of wacky fundraising events will be coming shortly!

Here is our first image of our entire crew for this year's Dragon Boat Challenge!  We have a mixed team this year and our crew is made up up from different departments including, Reception, Design, Drawing Office, Projects, Electrial and Quality.  Looking forward to having a photo of the crew in their new kit!

Nottingham Anacondas first training session

We have had our first training session with the Nottingham Anacondas this week, taking part in one of their usual weekly sessions. Seven members of our team attended, hopefully the rest of the group will be attending next week. More updates on our team, training and fundraising coming shortly.
